We want your pair to fit the way you walk. If something is not right, we will help make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You may return unworn shoes within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging.

What Cannot Be Returned

• Shoes showing wear, dirt, creasing from use, or odor
• Items returned without original packaging when packaging was included
• Final-sale items clearly marked on the product page

How to Start a Return

Email info@cloverdaleshoeshop.com or call +1 (334) 262-2645 with your order number and reason for return. We will send return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we inspect the return at 1046 E Fairview Ave, Montgomery, AL 36106. Original free standard shipping is non-refundable; defective or incorrect items are refunded in full including return shipping.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us and we will prioritize exchanging in-stock variants.

Defective Products

If a manufacturing defect appears under normal use, contact us with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion in line with consumer protection standards.
