Cloverdale Shoe Shop ships footwear to addresses within the United States.

Free Standard Shipping

Standard ground shipping is free on all qualifying online orders to the contiguous United States. Orders typically leave our Montgomery, Alabama location within 1–2 business days. Transit times average 3–7 business days depending on your ZIP code.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on business days usually begin processing the same day. Weekend and holiday orders begin the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships.

Packaging

Shoes ship in protective packaging designed to keep pairs clean and paired together. Original shoe boxes are included whenever the manufacturer supplies them.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes for certain oversized boot styles; if an address cannot be serviced we will contact you at info@cloverdaleshoeshop.com or +1 (334) 262-2645.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If a carton arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund for carrier-damaged footwear.
